To a solution of (S)-3-amino-1-((1S,2R,4R)-4-(isopropyl(methyl)amino)-2-(isopropylsulfonylmethyl)cyclohexyl)pyrrolidin-2-one (40 mg, 0.08 mmol) in DMF (2 mL) was added diisopropylethylamine (0.1 mL, 0.6 mmol), 3-tert-butyl-1-methyl-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxylic acid (18 mg, 0.1 mmol) and HATU (38 mg, 0.1 mmol). The reaction was stirred at RT for 14 h, partially concentrated, and purified by RP-HPLC to affor 20 mg of the title compound. MS found: (M+H)+=538.
