Procedure

1,1′-Carbonyldiimdazole (0.89 g) was added to a solution of the product from Example 250 Step 1 (0.5 g, 1.82 mmol) in dry DMF (10 ml) at room temperature under argon. The mixture was stirred for 18 h resulting in the precipitation of a colourless solid. Ether (10 ml) was added and the solid filtered to give the title compound, (0.5 g, 85%); MS (ES+) m/e 325 [M+H]+.
