To a solution of 4-chloro-6-(4-fluorophenyl)thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidine (20 mg, 0.08 mmol) and triethylamine (42 μl, 0.3 mmol) in dioxane (1 ml) was added 2-(4-chlorophenoxy)-1-(piperazin-1-yl)ethanone (25 mg, 0.1 mmol). The mixture was heated at 60° C. for 2 hours.
