This compound was prepared according to general method D from 2 methyl 2-(4-(2,4-dimethylphenyl)-6-methyl-2-(piperidin-1-yl)pyrimidin-5-yl)pentanoate (0.073 g; 0.185 mmol), sodium hydroxide 10N (0.200 mL; 2.00 mmol) in methanol (2 mL) at 60° C. for 18 h to afford 0.063 g (88%) of the title compound as a white solid.
