Triisopropylsilyl trifluoromethanesulfonate (250 mg, 0.81 mmol) was added to a solution of Intermediate 26a (150 mg, 0.67 mmol) and Et3N (101 mg, 1.00 mmol) in DMF (2 mL) and the mixture stirred at RT for 1 h. The reaction mixture was applied to an SCX-2 cartridge (5 g) and washed with MeOH. The product was eluted with 2M NH3 in MeOH; concentration in vacuo gave the title compound (220 mg, 86%). LCMS (Method 4): Rt 4.15 min, m/z 379 [MH+].
