A solution of Intermediate 154a (66 mg, 88 μmol) and piperidine (44 μL, 0.45 mmol) in THF (2 mL) was heated at 60° C. overnight in a sealed vessel. The reaction mixture was concentrated in vacuo and the residue purified by MDAP (Method 7) to give the title compound as a white solid (31 mg, 46%). LCMS (Method 5): Rt 3.77 min, m/z 746 [MH+]. 1H NMR (400 MHz, d6-DMSO): 0.91 (3H, d, J=6.2 Hz), 1.24-1.34 (11H, m), 1.39-1.55 (6H, m), 1.61-2.18 (4H, m), 2.34-2.43 (4H, m), 2.63 (2H, t, J=6.1 Hz), 2.86-2.94 (1H, m), 3.11-3.19 (1H, m), 3.27-3.36 (1H, m), 4.09 (2H, t, J=5.9 Hz), 4.77 (1H, m), 5.52 (1H, t, J=4.0 Hz), 6.32 (1H, s), 6.93-6.98 (1H, m), 7.04-7.13 (3H, m), 7.19 (1H, dd, J=9.5 Hz, 2.6 Hz), 7.24-7.42 (5H, m), 7.64 (1H, d, J=9.9 Hz), 7.69 (1H, d, J=1.8 Hz), 8.12 (1H, s), 8.17 (1.5H, s).
