To a solution of 6-bromo-1-[1-(2,6-dichloro-3-fluorophenyl)ethoxy]-1H-pyrrolo[3,2-b]pyridine (75 mg, 0.195 mmol, 1.0 eq) in DMF (1.2 mL), was added Pd(PPh3)4 (15 mg), 2.0 M K2CO3 (1.0 mL), and [3-(morpholin-4-ylcarbonyl)phenyl]boronic acid (1.8 eq, 0.351 mmol). The reaction mixture was microwaved at 90° C. for 30 minutes. The upper layer was removed with a pipette, filtered, and purified with preparation HPLC to give the product.
