To a solution of (S)-2-(4-fluorophenyl)-3-(2-methylpyrrolidin-1-yl)quinoxaline-6-carboxylic acid (200 mg, 0.57 mmol) in dichloromethane (30 mL) was added 2-methylpropan-2-amine (46 mg, 0.63 mmol), triethylamine (115 mg, 1.14 mmol) and T3P (217 mg, 0.68 mmol) dropwise with stifling. The resulting solution was stirred for 3 h at room temperature and then concentrated in vacuo to afford (S)—N-tert-butyl-2-(4-fluorophenyl)-3-(2-methylpyrrolidin-1-yl)quinoxaline-6-carboxamide as a yellow oil (160 mg, crude).
