A suspension of 3-(3-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-1-[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]pyridazin-4(1H)-one (325 mg, 0.85 mmol), 2-iodopropane (0.130 mL, 1.3 mmol), and K2CO3 (235 mg, 1.7 mmol) in DMF (3 mL) was stirred overnight at 50° C. The reaction mixture was poured into water and extracted with AcOEt. The extract was washed with water and brine, dried over MgSO4, and concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by basic silica gel column chromatography eluting with AcOEt followed by separation by preparative HPLC to give the title compounds.
