A mixture of 2-(2-methyl-imidazol-1-yl)-pyrimidine-5-carboxylic acid cyclopropyl-piperidin-4-yl-amide (44 mg, Intermediate 20), 2-chloro-5-methylpyrazine (15 mg) and ethyldiisopropylamine (35 μL) in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone (1.0 mL) is heated in a microwave oven for 30 min at 200° C. After removal of the solvent the residue is purified by HPLC(H2O/MeOH/TFA) to give the title compound. LC (method 3): tR=0.92 min; Mass spectrum (ESI+): m/z=419 [M+H]+.
