N,N-Diisopropylcarbodiimide (46 L, 0.2 mmol) was added to 3-{3-[5-(1-acet-amidoethyl)-2-chlorophenyl]thioureido}-N-(4-bromophenyl)-4-(methylamino)benzamide (130 mg, 0.2 mmol) in DMF (2 mL) at rt. The mixture was stirred at 80° C. for 2 h, cooled and concentrated. The residue was purified by chromatography to give the title compound.
