To a suspension of (R)-5-(2-(5-fluoro-2-methoxypyridin-3-yl)pyrrolidin-1-yl)pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-3-carboxylic acid (220 mg, 0.616 mmol) in DMF (5 mL) was added dropwise 2,4,6-trichlorobenzoyl chloride (106 μL, 0.677 mmol) and triethylamine (81.0 mg, 0.800 mmol). The reaction was stirred for 2 hours, and 1-(2-(tert-butyldiphenylsilyloxy)ethyl)-1H-pyrazol-5-amine (338 mg, 0.923 mmol) was added to the reaction mixture. The reaction was heated to 60° C. for 3 hours and then cooled to ambient temperature. The solvent was removed under reduced pressure and the residue was purified by silica column chromatography to afford the desired product (201 mg, 46.3% yield). MS (apci) m/z=705.1 (M+H).
