To a solution of [4-(4-bromo-phenyl)-pyrimidin-2-yl]-(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-piperidin-4-yl)-amine (62 mg, 0.16 mmol) (Example 180) in 10 ml triethylamine were added bis(triphenylphosphine)palladium dichloride (22 mg, 0.03 mmol), 1,1-dimethyl-prop-2-ynylamine (166 μl, 1.43 mmol) and CuI (9.5 mg, 0.05 mmol). The mixture was stirred at 95° C. for 16 hours. The reaction mixture was concentrated, the residue taken up in EtOAc and the organic phase was washed with water. The organic layer was dried and concentrated. Purification using preparative HPLC gave the title compound. Yield: 26 mg (42%).
