Procedure
To a solution of the compound (0.40 g) obtained in Example 404 in THF (4 ml), acetyl chloride (0.075 ml) and Et3N (0.147 ml) were added at room temperature, and the reaction mixture was stirred at the same temperature for 1 hour. The reaction mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure, and then the residue was dissolved in ethyl acetate. The organic layer was washed with 1 N hydrogen chloride and brine, dried, and then the solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure. The obtained residue was purified by preparative thin layer chromatography to obtain the title compound as pale yellow oil (0.275 g, 79%).
