N-ethyl-N-isopropylpropan-2-amine (14 μL, 0.04 mmol) was added to a solution of 5-(4-chlorophenyl)-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylic acid (11 mg, 0.048 mmol, 1.2 equ.), 5-methyl-3-phenylpyrrolidin-3-ol (7 mg, 0.04 mmol) and TBTU (15 mg, 0.048 mmol, 1.2 equ.) in DMF (0.3 mL) at rt. The reaction mixture was left at rt for 2 h. The crude product was purified by RP-HPLC. After evaporation of the solvents the product was dried in vacuum to yield the title compound (4 mg). MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/z: calcd for C21H20ClN3O2: 381.1244, found 381.1243.
