The compound (2.43 g) from step 456c was dissolved in acetonitrile, then reacted with tetrabutylammonium azide at 80° C. for 16 hours. The mixture was diluted with methylene chloride, then washed with water and brine and dried. Removal of the solvent gave 0.751 g of the title compound.
