Procedure

0.37 g (0.7 mmol) of trans-N-(4-{2-[4-(3-cyano-5-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-piperazin-1-yl]-ethyl}-cyclohexyl)-pyridine-3-sulfonamide was dissolved in 2 ml dimethylsulfoxide, 80 mg K2CO3 was added and 0.15 ml of 30% H2O2 was dropped in while keeping the temperature at 20° C. After stirring for 2 h 20 ml of water was added, the precipitate filtered, washed with water giving the title compound, melting point:191° C. (0.2 g; 53%).
