Procedure
189 mg of 2,6-dichloropurine, 4 ml of butanol and 143 mg (1.2 equivalents) of indoline are mixed and brought to a temperature of 80° C. for approximately 17 hours. The mixture is allowed to return to ambient temperature. Partial drying, washing with ethyl ether and drying under vacuum are carried out, and 262 mg of expected product are obtained in the form of beige-colored crystals.
