To a solution of 2-chloro-5-(2,6-difluorophenyl)-6H-pyrido[1,2-b]pyridazin-6-one (100 mg, 0.34 mmol) and Tetrakis (392 mg, 0.034 mmol) in THF was heated to 80° C. for 0.5 hrs before 2,4 difluoro benzyl zinc bromide was added. The reaction was complete after 0.5 hrs, cooled to ambient temperature, and diluted with H2O and EtOAc. The organic layer was extracted with EtOAc, H2O, brine, dried over MgSO4, and concentrated to a solid. The crude residue was purified via silica gel chromatography (EtOAc/CH2Cl2, MeOH) to yield the title compound.
