A solution of 2-(biphenyl-4-ylmethyl)-6-chloro-5-methyl-2H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4(5H)-one (26 mg, 0.074 mmol) and 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol (71 μL, 0.74 mmol) in DMF (1 mL) is heated at 110° C. overnight. The reaction mixture is then purified by chromatography to give 21.1 mg product (Yield: 71%). MS (FAB) m/z 404.2 [M+H]+.
