A solution of 3-Benzyl-2-(biphenyl-4-ylmethyl)-6-chloro-5-methyl-2H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4(5H)-one (9.5 mg, 0.022 mmol) and 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol (21 μL, 0.22 mmol) in DMF (2 mL) is heated at 110° C. overnight. The reaction mixture is then purified by chromatography to give 5.5 mg product (Yield: 52%). MS (FAB) m/z 494.4 [M+H]+.
