The title compound was prepared following the procedure described in Intermediate-7, step-2 using 8-nitro-2-(trifluoromethyl)quinazolin-4(3H)-one (500 mg, 1.93 mmol) and PCl5 (477 mg, 2.32 mmol) in POCl3 (2.5 mL) to afford 1.0 g of the title product.
