To a solution of 4-chloro-N-[4-(dimethylphosphoryl)phenyl]-1,3,5-triazin-2-amine (0.072 mmol) in 1.5 mL of ethanol is added 10 μL of triethylamine and 1-Methyl piperazine (7.2 mg, 0.072 mmol). The mixture can be microwaved at 120 degrees until formation of the desired compound. The reaction mixture is filtered through a syringe filter and purified by prep-HPLC.
