According to the procedure describe for compound B99 of tert-butyl 4-(6-bromo-2,4-dioxo-1,4-dihydrothieno[3,2-d]pyrimidin-3(2H)-yl)piperidine-1-carboxylate (10.00 g; compound B53) is reacted with 5-(chloromethyl)-3-(methoxymethyl)-1,2,4-oxadiazole (3.78 g, D14) in the presence of potassium carbonate (3.21 g) in DMF (93 ml) to afford the title compound as a solid.
