A solution comprising of methyl 3-hydroxyisoxazole-5-carboxylate (20.72 mg, 0.145 mmol), 3,5-dichlorobenzyl 4-(2-(methylamino)ethyl)piperidine-1-carboxylate (step 3) (50 mg, 0.145 mmol) and 2,3,4,6,7,8-hexahydro-1H-pyrimido[1,2-a]pyrimidine (20.16 mg, 0.145 mmol) in DMF (483 μl) was refluxed for 18 hours. The reaction mixture was diluted with EtOAc and washed with water. The organic portion was separated, dried over MgSO4, filtered and concentrated under reduced pressure to afford the title compound;
