rac-{1-[({7-[(2,6-Difluoro-3-methoxybenzyl)oxy]-2,5-dimethylpyrazolo[1,5-a]-pyridin-3-yl}carbonyl)amino]-2-methylpentan-2-yl}carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example 125A) in 4 ml of dichloromethane was admixed with 3 ml of trifluoroacetic acid. The resulting solution was stirred at room temperature for 3 h.
