A mixture of tert-butyl (5S)-5-(2-tert-butoxy-2-oxoethyl)-3-(3-((4-carbamimidamidobenzoyl)oxy)phenyl)-4,5-dihydro-1,2-oxazole-5-carboxylate (3.29 g) and TFA (30 mL) was stirred at room temperature for 2 hours. The reaction mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure, and then, the residue was washed with diethyl ether to obtain the title compound (3.01 g).
