Procedure

To 10 ml of 1,2-dichloroethane solution containing 2 g of 3-aminotricyclo[3.3.1.03,7 ]nonane hydrochloride and 10 ml of triethylamine was added 4.64 g of Compound c at room temperature. Then the mixture was stirred for 7 hours, followed by addition of water thereto to separate the organic layer. The aqueous layer was extracted with chloroform, then combined with the organic layer, washed with a saturated sodium chloride and dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate. After concentration under reduced pressure, 2.5 g of the desired compound was obtained as a solid.
