Sodium hydride (20 mg, 0.50 mmol) was added to a mixture of 5-[3-chloro-5-(1-chloroethyl)-6-methoxy-2-methylphenyl]pyridine-2-carbonitrile (90 mg, 0.28 mmol), 3-methyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4-amine (63 mg, 0.42 mmol) in N,N-dimethylformamide (4 mL) and the reaction was stirred at 30° C. overnight. The mixture was treated with water and then filtered to provide the desired product. LCMS calculated for C22H21ClN7O (M+H)+: m/z=434.1; Found: 434.2
