The enantiomeric excess was determined by HPLC with Chiralpak AD-H column at 254 nm (2-propanol:hexane=10:90), 1 mL/min, tmajor=7.6 min, tminor=7.2 min, the diastereomeric ratio was determined by 1H NMR.
