PROCEDURE

实验过程

A mixture of the crude 5-chloro-2-(chloromethyl)-7-fluoro-1-(2-(methylsulfonyl)ethyl)-1H-indole (0.36 mmol), 3-(methylsulfonyl)-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-c]pyridine (60 mg, 0.30 mmol) and K2CO3 (198 mg, 1.44 mmol) in 3 mL of DMF was stirred overnight and then the precipitate was filtered off. The filtrate was purified by preparative-HPLC to give 1-({5-chloro-7-fluoro-1-[2-(methylsulfonyl)ethyl]-1H-indol-2-yl}methyl)-3-(methylsulfonyl)-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-c]pyridine (16 mg, yield: 11%).
