Procedure
Methanesulfonic acid (1 Eq) was added to a suspension of N-(3-chloro-2-methylphenyl)-2-(methoxymethyl)-6-({[2-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]carbonyl}amino)-1H-benzimidazole-4-carboxamide (250 mg) (obtained in Example 11) in MeOH (2 ml). After stirring for 30 minutes at room temperature, MeOH was removed under reduced pressure to obtain the titled compound as white powder.
Workup
- customMeOH was removed under reduced pressure
