A solution of 6-amino-1-(3-(cyclopropylthio)propyl)-3,3-dimethylindolin-2-one (160 mg, 496 μmol), isonicotinoyl chloride (84.2 mg, 595 μmol) and DIPEA (192 mg, 260 μl, 1.49 mmol) in dichloromethane (3 ml) was stirred at room temperature for 3 hours. The crude material was purified by flash chromatography on silica gel using EtOAc/heptane as eluent. The title compound was obtained as yellow viscous oil (131 mg).
