In a round bottom flask containing 5,6-dichloro-pyrimidin-4-ylamine (300.00 mg; 1.83 mmol; 1.00 eq.) and 6-amino-2-aza-spiro[3.3]heptane-2-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester (466.02 mg; 2.20 mmol; 1.20 eq.) in NMP (1.00 ml) was added DIPEA (0.91 ml; 5.49 mmol; 3.00 eq.). The reaction mixture was stirred at 155° C. for 4 h before it was concentrated.
