(R)-2-(9-Chloro-7-(4-isopropoxy-3-(trifluoromethyl)benzyloxy)-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrrolo[1,2-a]indol-1-yl)acetic acid (15 mg, 0.0311 mmol) was dissolved in EtOAc (0.5 mL) and warmed to 60° C. Aqueous 2-amino-2-hydroxymethyl-propane-1,3-diol (TRIS, 8.0 uL, 4.0 M) was added. The reaction mixture was allowed to cool to room temperature over 24 h and the solids were collected by filtration. The PXRD pattern of the title compound is shown in FIG. 13; and the DSC and TGA are shown in FIG. 14.
