Procedure
1-[4′-(4-Amino-3-methyl-isoxazol-5-yl)-biphenyl-4-yl]-cyclopropanecarboxylic acid ethyl ester (0.181 g, 0.5 mmol) was dissolved in DMF and then sodium hydride (60% in mineral oil, 0.028 g, 0.7 mmol) was added. After 20 minutes 2-chloroquinoline (0.1145 g, 0.7 mmol) was added and the reaction was heated to 60° C. for 3 hours. No product was observed by analytical LCMS so the reaction was heated to 100° C. overnight. After cooling the reaction was submitted to standard aqueous workup to give the title compound.
