Procedure
Utilizing a procedure analogous to that described in Example 24 (with conversion to its HCl salt using a procedure analogous to that as described in Example 2), this product was prepared in 52% yield from 3-(N,N-dimethylamino-propyl)indoline (1.1 eq.), and 4-chloro-6,7-dimethoxy-quinazoline (1.0 eq) in DMF. (M.P. 230°-232° C.; LC-MS: 393 (MH+); anal. RP18-HPLC RT: 3.23 min.).
