Procedure
The title compound was prepared from the product of Step C (0.438 g, 0.600 mmol), triethylsilane (0.383 mL, 2.4 mmol), trifluoroacetic acid (10 mL) in dichloromethane (20 mL) according to the procedure described in Example 1, Step E. The crude product was purified by preparative HPLC (gradient: 85% Solvent A/15% Solvent B to 65% Solvent A/35% Solvent B). After ion exchange and lyophilization, the title compound was obtained as a white powder (0.214 g).
