The title compound was prepared from methyl 2-{2-[(4-methoxyphenyl)amino]ethyl}-1-oxo-1,2-dihydroisoquinoline-7-carboxylate (60 mg, 0.17 mmol) and 4-chlorobenzaldehyde (34 mg, 0.24 mmol) following the procedure outlined in Example 54, step 3 (50 mg, 62%). LC-MS: (FA) ES+ 477.
