The title compound was prepared from methyl 2-(2-bromoethyl)-1-oxo-1,2-dihydroisoquinoline-7-carboxylate (96 mg, 0.31 mmol) and piperidine (0.31 mL, 3.1 mmol) following the procedure outlined in Example 44, step 2 (80 mg, 82%). LC-MS: (FA) ES+ 315.
