4M HCl in dioxane (1.5 mL) was added to a mixture of the product from step (v) (300 mg) and (1-methylpiperidin-4-yl)methanol (520 mg). The suspension was heated at 80° C. for 24 h and the solvent evaporated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by RPHPLC to give the title compound as a gum, 10 mg.
