In analogy to example 74, step 7, from 3-(3-bromo-phenyl)-1-(2-methyl-pyridin-4-yl)-3-o-tolyl-propan-1-one and hydroxylamine hydrochloride in the presence of NaHCO3 was prepared the title compound as a mixture of E and Z isomers (5.7:1) as a white foam, MS (ESI+): m/z=409.0895 ([M+H]+, 1Br).
