In analogy to example 74, step 7, from 3-(4-bromo-phenyl)-1-quinolin-6-yl-3-o-tolyl-propan-1-one and hydroxylamine hydrochloride in the presence of NaHCO3 was prepared the title compound as a mixture of E and Z isomers (5.6:1) as a white foam, MS (ESI+): m/z=445.0907 ([M+H]+, 1Br).
