In analogy to example 1, step 2, 3-(4-bromo-phenyl)-3-(4-chloro-2-fluoro-phenyl)-1-(2-methyl-pyridin-4-yl)-propan-1-one was reacted with hydroxylamine hydrochloride in the presence of NaHCO3 to give the title compound containing 10% of the corresponding Z isomer as an off-white powder, MS (ESI+): m/z=448.9 [M+H]+.
