In analogy to example 151, step 3, 3-(4-bromo-phenyl)-1-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethyl-phenyl)-3-o-tolyl-propan-1-one was reacted with hydroxylamine hydrochloride in the presence of NaHCO3 to give the title compound containing less than 10% of the corresponding Z isomer as an off-white solid, MS (ESI+): m/z=436.2 [M−H]−.
