In analogy to example 161, step 1, 5-[3-(4-bromo-phenyl)-3-otolyl-propionyl]-1-methyl-1H-pyridin-2-one (example 162, step 3) was reacted with 2-bromoethylmethylether in the presence of potassium carbonate to give the title compound as a colorless foam, MS (ESI+): m/z=454.1 [M+H]+.
