In analogy to example 151, step 3, 5-[3-(4-bromo-2-fluoro-phenyl)-3-cyclopentyl-propionyl]-1-methyl-1H-pyridin-2-one was reacted with hydroxylamine hydrochloride in the presence of NaHCO3 to give the title compound as a colorless solid, MS (ESI+): m/z=421.1 [M+H]+.
