In analogy to example 151, step 3, 1-methyl-5-{3-[4-(morpholine-4-carbonyl)-phenyl]-3-o-tolyl-propionyl}-1H-pyridin-2-one was reacted with hydroxylamine hydrochloride in the presence of NaHCO3 to give the title compound as a colorless solid, MS (ESI+): m/z=460.4 [M+H]+.
