In analogy to example 151, step 3, trans-4-[1-(2-chloro-phenyl)-3-(1-methyl-6-oxo-1,6-dihydro-pyridin-3-yl)-3-oxo-propyl]-2-fluoro-N-(4-hydroxy-cyclohexyl)-benzamide was reacted with hydroxylamine hydrochloride in the presence of NaHCO3 to give the title compound as a colorless foam. The ratio of E/Z isomers was 87:13, MS (ESI+): m/z=526.4 [M+H]+.
