In analogy to example 151, step 3, 4-(1-(2-chlorophenyl)-3-(1-methyl-6-oxo-1,6-dihydropyridin-3-yl)-3-oxopropyl)-2-fluoro-N-(2-methoxyethyl)benzamide was reacted with hydroxylamine hydrochloride in the presence of NaHCO3 to give the title compound as a colorless foam, MS (ESI+): m/z=486.2 [M+H]+.
